This year, EWB Challenge Showcase will be part of the Student Program of WEEF 2024.

Entry Fees

Free entry to the Showcase Event: 

Only applicable for student teams who are invited to present in the EWB Challenge Showcase Event on Tuesday, 3rd December. Morning coffee/tea and lunch will be provided by EWB at the venue. If attendees want join the Full Conference for that day, they should purchase the $80 one-day conference pass.

Official attendance at the conference.

If students would like to extend their participation in the WEEF 2024 conference, there will be two options at discounted pricing and should “register to participate” in the conference.

AU $80 for one-day conference pass on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024

• Attendance in all Student Activities on that day.
• Attendance at all IFEES Academic Program activities, including Papers and Workshops
• All meals and Coffee/Teas at the venue for the day of the EWB Challenge.
•  This registration does not include attendance in the Leadership Track, or at the Welcome Cocktails or the Conference Banquet
• Unfortunately these attendees cannot join the MathWorks minidrone workshop (a three day program) or the harbour cruise banquet. They can ofcourse observe the Minidrone Workshop.

AU $350 for whole conference pass on 2nd – 5th December 2024 (4 days total)

• Attendance in all Student Activities including the Student BBQ hosted by UTS on Sunday at 16:00
• Attendance at all Student activities being organised by the Student Committee
• Attendance at all IFEES Academic Program activities, including Papers and Workshops
• The opportunity to join the Mathworks Minidrone Workshop.
• All meals and Coffee/Teas at the venue for all 4 days of the conference
• This registration does not include attendance in the Leadership Track, or at the Welcome Cocktails or the Conference Banquet
