JOIN THE EDUCATION TRACK BY PRESENTING A POSTER

Call for Posters (Education Track)

The World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) held in Sydney, Australia from 2-5 December 2024 includes an Education Track in partnership with the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES).

WEEF 2024 welcomes poster submissions to the conference technical program. Authors who wish to submit posters are requested to follow these guidelines.

Poster submissions

Authors are invited to create a poster that complies with the Poster Submission Guidelines shown below. A copy of the poster in PDF format must be uploaded via the ConfTool system for peer review.

Posters will be evaluated by the peer review committee based on criteria in the Poster Submission Guidelines.

Printed hardcopies of the posters must be brought to the conference for display in the poster area.

There will be an in-person poster session scheduled during the conference so that delegates can interact with the authors. At least one author must be present during this session.

Please note that posters are not able to be published in the conference proceedings.

Submission instructions

Once you are ready to submit your poster for peer review, please follow these instructions:

  • Log on to ConfTool: https://www.conftool.pro/weef2024/
  • Click on “Your submissions”
  • Choose “Education Track: Poster Submissions”. Please check very carefully as there are multiple tracks.
  • Please fill in the details. Use the “Upload Contribution” link to upload the PDF of your poster for peer review.
