Visa Invitation Letter
Once your registration is complete a Visa Letter is automatically sent by the system. It includes personalised details which we collect during the registration process to allow the attendee to then apply for the visa. This includes references contact information and proof of registration. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations before Thursday 31 October 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Friday 1 November 2024 to Friday 22 November 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Saturday 23 November 2024 will receive no refund.
